Puravankara Projects Limited has informed the Exchange that the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on June 13, 2012 approved the appointment of Mr. A Anil Kumar as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect. Further, Mr. Anil Kumar''s role also includes the Head of Finance of the Company for the purpose of reviewing and certifying the financial statements (CEO / CFO certification) as required under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreements. Further, the Company has submitted to the exchange a copy of the press release being issued by the Company regarding the said appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar as the Chief Financial Officer.
