Gokaldas Export - Resignation of Company Secretary

Gokaldas Exports Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. N. Sri Sai Kumar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has tendered his resignation and he would cease to act as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from June 07, 2012.

Further, the Board of Directors have authorised Mr. Sumit Keshan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to act as Compliance Officer of the Company till the new incumbent Company Secretary joins the Company.
