Principal Pharm - Outcome of Board Meeting

Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2012, has decided to expand the Company’s business activities in Digital and eCommerce space with immediate effect, besides the existing business activity of manufacturing APIs and Intermediates. The new business activities shall be carried out in anew division of the Company and shall include, interalia, online selling, e-commerce fulfillment services and multi channel management services, market research etc.
