EPC Irrigation - Allotment of Equity Shares

EPC Industrie Ltd has informed BSE that the Rights Issue Committee at its Meeting held on June 09, 2012 allotted 1,03,58,199 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, issued at a price of Rs. 40 per share (including a premium of Rs. 30 per Equity Share), ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares to the Equity Shareholders on the Company’s Register of Members as on May 03, 2012, the Record date fixed for the purpose and who had applied for the Rights Issue or to their renounces as applicable.

Consequent upon this allotment, the Company’s Issued Share Capital has increased to Rs. 2,762.58 lacs from Rs. 1,726.76 lacs. The number of issued equity shares of the Company has increased to 2,76,25,764 from 1,72,67,565.
