NIIT LIMITED AGM / Book Closure

Niit Limited has informed the Exchange that Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on July 02, 2012. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed during the Book Closure period starting from June 22, 2012 to July 02, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the list of Members, who will be entitled for the payment of dividend for the financial year 2011-12, as may be approved by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
