Kovai Medical - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 02, 2012 to July 13, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 13, 2012.

The dividend if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid to the shareholders of the Company on or after July 14, 2012.
