Pearl EngPolyme - Extension of Financial Year 2011-12

Pearl Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held May 30, 2012, has approved extension of financial year 2011-2012 so as to close on June 30, 2012. Accordingly, the financial year 2011-12 will comprise of period of 15 months, beginning from April 01, 2011 to June 30, 2012.

In view of the above, the Board of Directors regret inability to submit the Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2012.
