eClerx Services - Resignation of Director

eClerx Services Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sandeep Singhal, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has tendered resignation from the directorship of the Company, with effect from June 01, 2012, which has been accepted by the Board of Directors, vide resolution passed on June 05, 2012.

Consequent upon the same, Mr. Singhal also ceases to be a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company and the said Committee thus stands reconstituted accordingly.
