Garuda Clays - Outcome of Board Meeting

Sainik Finance & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has passed a board resolution on June 01, 2012 to suspend the production at the Cement Plant situated at 94-8 K.M. Milestone, Delhi-Jaipur, N. H. -8, Village-Jaliawas, Bawal (Rewari) with effect from June 01, 2012 which will culminate into, closure of Cement Plant with effect from July 31, 2012.

Further, the Action Committee comprising Mr. Satish Kumar Sharma, Mr. Dalip Nagar, Mr. Punit Ghai, Mr. Praveen Bharadwaj, Mr. Arjun Singh Rathore and Mr. Chandra Datt,. Authorised Persons is constituted to take all legitimate steps in relation to suspension of production of/ disposal of the Cement Plant on behalf of the Company.
