MONSANTO INDIA LIMITED AGM / Book Closure

Monsanto India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Share Transfer Register and Register of Members will be closed from July 24, 2012 to July 26, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the payment of final dividend. Further the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 03, 2012. The final dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the shareholders on or after August 03, 2012.
