Goldstone Tech - Outcome of Board Meeting

Goldstone Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, inter alia, have approved the Appointment of Mr. Clinton Travis Caddell and Mr. Ponnapula Sanjeeva Parthasarathy, as Additional Directors of the Company with immediate effect and accepted the Resignation of Mr. S. D. Rama Krishna, as Managing Director and also Director of the Company with effect from closing hours of June 30, 2012.
