Sita Shree Food - Outcome of Board Meeting

Sita Shree Food Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, inter alia, has transacted the following;

1. To Issue 1,20,00,000 Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis subject to approval of shareholder of the Company and concerned stock exchanges.

2. To Increase Authorised Share Capital of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.

3. To call Extra-ordinary General meeting of the Company for above purpose.
