Zodiac Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 13% i.e. Rs. 1.30/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
