V-Guard Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012 has recommended a Final Dividend of 35% i.e. Rs. 3.50 per equity share of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General meeting of the Company.
