Impex FerroTech - Outcome of Board Meeting

Impex Ferro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, approved the proposal for amalgamation of the Company with Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited, one of the Company''s group companies, subject to approval of the shareholders and creditors of the respective companies, the High Court of Judicature at Calcutta, Stock Exchanges and other concerned authorities.
