Omnitech Infoso - Board recommends Dividend

Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.8/- per equity share for the year ended on March 31, 2012, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.
