Su -raj Diamonds - Change of Name of the Company (EGM on June 22, 2012)

Su-Raj Diamonds and Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 09, 2012, have considered and approved the Change of Name of the Company from "Su-Raj Diamonds and Jewellery Limited" to "Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery Limited" subject to necessary approvals.

An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be convened on June 22, 2012, inter alia for obtaining the consent of shareholders for the aforesaid change of Name of the Company.
