Surana Ind - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Surana Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 06, 2012 to July 10, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 10, 2012.

Dividend, if declared at the said AGM, will be paid on and from July 14, 2012 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same.
