Gujarat Gas Company Limited -Appointment of Director

Gujarat Gas Company Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Sugata Sircar has been appointed as an Additional Director and as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from July 01, 2012. This is pursuant to the completion of the term of Mr. Shaleen Sharma as the Managing Director of the Company on June 30, 2012. Mr. Sharma will continue as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
