Solix Technolog - Outcome of Board Meeting

Solix Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2012, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Appointed Mrs. Veena Gundavelli, Director as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 25, 2012, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting pursuant to Sections 198, 269 read with Schedule XIII of the Companies Act, 1956.

2. Accepted resignation of Mr. Sai Gundavelli from the office of Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. May 25, 2012. However, Mr. Sai Gundavelii will continue to be Director of the Company.

3. Approved change of name of the Company under Section 21 of the Companies Act, 1956, subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad and shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Company will make an application for availability of a new name.
