TVS Motor - Updates on Financial Results for March 31, 2012

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2012 TVS Motor Company Ltd has now informed BSE that certain typographical errors have crept in the figures, furnished under "revenue" (for the year ended March 31, 2011) and "capital employed" (both for the year ended March 31, 2011 and March 31, 2012) of "segmentwise revenue results and capital employed" given in terms of accounting standards 21 & 23 in the statement.
