Hitech Plast Limited

Hitech Plast Limited had informed the Exchange that portion of printing section of factory building of one of the units of the Company situated at R.S. No.146/3, 4, 5, Ariyur Village, Pondi-Villupuram Road, Puducherry - 605 102 was affected by fire in early morning of May 21, 2012. The cause of the incident is still not known and is being investigated. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the estimated loss on account of accidental fire is only about Rs.30-35 lacs, majority of which is covered by insurance. The Company is in the process of restarting the said unit, within this week.
