NRB Bearings - Board to consider Dividend

NRB Bearings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Adoption of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2012.

2. Dividend on equity shares.

3. Investment in joint venture Company for manufacture of super Precision Bearings for the machine tool industry.

4. Business plan for FY 2012-13.
