Biocon - Demise of Director

Biocon Ltd has informed BSE about the demise of Dr. Neville Bain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee on May 22, 2012 at his home in London.

Dr. Bain joined the Board of Biocon Limited in 1999 and has contributed substantially to building high standards of Governance in Biocon’s Financial Reporting and Risk Management Systems.
