Integra Engg - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Integra Engineering India Ltd has informed BSE that, on March 23, 2012, the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has passed the Oral order for approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Integra India Group Company Limited (IIGCL) with Integra Engineering India Limited (IEIL) and the reorganization of Share Capital of Integra Engineering India Limited (IEIL) (the Scheme) with appointed date of January 01, 2011. Further the Company has informed that certified copy of Order passed by Hon’ble Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad is received on May 14, 2012. The Company is yet to file e-form 21 and hence, the effective date of amalgamation will intimated as soon as the Company would file e-form 21.
