Ranklin Solutio - Outcome of Board Meeting

Ranklin Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2012, decided to shift the Registered Office of the Company to Flat No. 204, 2nd Floor, Dhruvatara Apartments, Medinova Complex, Somajiguda, Hyderabad - 500082 from Module-I,Q3-A3, 1st Floor, Cyber Towers, Hitec City, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500 081.

In this regard the Board Authorized Mr. M.J.V.V.D. Prakash, Managing Director of the Company to apply the Registrar of companies for obtaining necessary approvals and to do all the needful in relation to filing of necessary E-Forms and intimate to all the Statutory Bodies as may be necessary.
