Rasoi - Board recommends Final Dividend

Rasoi Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2012, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 20% (Twenty) on the Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.

2. Appointed Mr. Brij Gopal Roy as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. May 21, 2012. who shall hold office as such upto the date of forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

3. Mr. Jitendra Kumar Patel who was appointed as an Additional director resigned from the Board of the Company.
