Jetking Info - Board to consider Final Dividend

Jetking Infotrain Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2012, inter alia, to:

1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2012.

2. To recommend the final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2012.

3. To decide the date and timing of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2012.

4. Delisting of Equity Shares from Delhi Stock Exchange (regional stock exchange).

5. Consider and declare the results of the Postal Ballot.
