Rane Engine Valve Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 14, 2012 to July 23, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 23, 2012.
The final dividend will be paid / dispatched to the eligible shareholders on July 30, 2012.
