ABM Knowledgeware Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share i.e. 15% which aggregate to Rs. 150.02 lacs for the year ended March 31, 2012. The corporate tax on such dividend aggregates to Rs. 24.34 Lacs.
