Rel Capital - Announces Consolidated Q4 & FY12 results & Results Press Release for the period March 31, 2012

Reliance Capital Ltd has announced the following Consolidated results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2012:

The Unaudited consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2012

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest & share of profit / (loss) of associates of Rs. 3293.20 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to net loss of Rs. (64.60) million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. Total Income has increased from Rs. 16003.30 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 to Rs. 20018.60 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

The Audited consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2012

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest & share of profit / (loss) of associates of Rs. 4577.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs. 2911.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2011. Total Income has increased from Rs. 55359.00 million for the year ended March 31, 2011 to Rs. 66268.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2012.
