Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re. 0.50 per share for the financial year 2011-2012 out of accumulated profits subject to approval of the shareholders.
