JK LakshmiCemen - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2012 to August 04, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 72nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 04, 2012.

The said dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM, will be credited / dispatched between August 10, 2012 and August 18, 2012.
