Hi -Tech Gears - Board to consider Final Dividend

Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2012, inter alia, to consider:

1. The Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2012.

2. To consider & approve the Annual Operating Plan.

3. Consider and recommend final dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, if any.
