Hcl Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 14, 2012 has, subject to the approval of the Shareholders, appointed Mr. Vineet Nayar, as the Joint Managing Director of the Company. He would be designated as the Vice-Chairman and CEO of the Company and his remuneration shall remain unchanged. His tenure as Joint Managing Director will be effective for a period of 5 years from May 15, 2012.
