Nakoda Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2012, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend at the rate of 5% (Rs. 0.25 per share) on equity share of the Company for the financial year 2011 subject to the approval of shareholders in ensuing annual general meeting.
