Choksi Imaging - Board recommends Dividend

Choksi Imaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2012, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @10% on paid up equity share capital of the Company i.e. Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each. The payment of dividend shall be subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
