Su -raj Diamonds - Outcome of Board Meeting

Su-Raj Diamonds and Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2012 have approved the following:

1. Cessation of Mr. Lakhpatraj Bhansali from the position of ''Whole-time Director'' as well as ''Director'' of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours on May 08, 2012 due to his resignation;

2. Cessation of Mr. G. P. Gupta from the position of ''Director'' of the Company with effect from May 07, 2012 due to his resignation;

3. Appointment of Mr. Ramesh I. Parikh as an ''Additional Director'' as well as "Whole-time Director designated as Director-Finance" of the Company with effect from May 09, 2012; and

4. Appointment of Mr. R. Ravichandran as an ''Additional Director'' as well as "Whole-time Director designated as Director-Operations" of the Company with effect from May 09, 2012.
