Hindustan Udyog - Publish Audited Results

Hindusthan Udyog Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has opted to submit the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2012 within a period of sixty days from the close of its Financial Year, which ended on March 31, 2012.

Accordingly, in view of the above option being exercised, the Unaudited Financial Results for the fast Quarter ended March 31, 2012 will not be submitted by the Company.
