1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

2. To consider increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company.

3. To consider issue of warrants by preferential allotment.

4. To fix the date, time and place of the Extra-ordinary General Meeting.
