eClerx Services - Updates on Acquisition of Agilyst Inc. by eClerx

With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 12, 2012 regarding eClerx had signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Agilyst Inc. ("Agilyst"), a closely held US based KPO Company, through its overseas subsidiary eClerx Investments Ltd, eClerx Services Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company had on May 04, 2012 signed related closing documents, inter-alia, via its subsidiary viz., eClerx Investments Ltd, so as to give effect to the said Acquisition.
