Tecil Chemicals & Hydro Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2012, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

2. To place and take on record the Limited Review Report on Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.

3. To appoint Mr. Ashok Joshi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
