RPG Life - Outcome of Board Meeting

RPG Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on April 27, 2012:

1. Mr. Dilip Sen resigned from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. April 18, 2012.

2. Mr. C. Vinayaraghavan was appointed as Director of the Company w.e.f. April 27, 2012, in the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of Mr. Dilip Sen.

3. Mr. R. A. Shah was appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. C. Vinayaraghavan w.e.f. April 27, 2012.
