Swaraj Engines - Board recommends Dividend

Swaraj Engines Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2012, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 13.00 per share on 1,24,19,820 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
