TUBE INVESTMENTS OF INDIA LIMITED Allotment of Securities

Tube Investments Of India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has on April 25, 2012 allotted 12,326 equity shares of Rs.2/- each at an exercise price of Rs.56.80 per share. The above allotment is consequent upon the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007. Further, with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,63,15,317 to 18,63,27,643 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 37,26,30,634 to Rs. 37,26,55,286.
