CRISIL - Updates on Record Date (for Interim and Special Dividend)

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend as April 25, 2012 and dividend payment date as May 10, 2012, CRISIL Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on April 16, 2012 had declared the payment of 1st Interim Dividend @ Rs. 3.00 per share having nominal face value of Re.1/- per share for the year ended December 31, 2012. In addition, on the occasion of Silver Jubilee year, the Board of Directors declared a one-time Special Dividend of Rs. 3 per share having nominal face value of Re. 1/- per share.

In this respect, the Company has informed that, the record date for the payment of Special Dividend would be April 25, 2012. The payment date for the Interim and Special Dividend will be May 10, 2012.
