Oberoi Realty Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2012, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the entire financial year ended March 31, 2012 and shall also consider recommendation of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, if any, to be paid subject to shareholders approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
