With reference to the decisions taken by the Board of Directors on November 14, 2011 with regard to appointment of Mr. K. Chandrasekaran as Managing Director of the Company, Info-Drive Software Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company would take necessary steps to implement the same, subject to the approval of the Shareholders and other approvals as may be necessary, by initiating corporate actions in June 2012.
