Educomp Sol - Allotment of shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP Scheme
Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that remuneration committee of the company on April 11, 2012 has allotted 95,293 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006.
Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,21,27,860/- consisting of 9,60,63,930 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,23,18,446/- consisting of 9,61,59,223 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.
