Ram Informatics - Outcome of Board Meeting

Ram Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 04, 2012 has, subject to the necessary approvals, decided to restructure the balance sheet by implementing a Comprehensive Scheme of Arrangement which provides for an Arrangement between the Company, its Shareholders and Unsecured Lenders.

Mr. P. S. Raman, Executive Chairman of the Company has been authorized to do all the needful in this regard.
